| Fabrizio joined the Company 1988 after having obtained a degree at the Nautical Institute and having spent a period in the Navy sailing as an Officer. He has a wide experience in the handling of the P&I and Defence matters with Ferpandi S.r.l. |

| Stefano has nearly 18 years experience of P&I and Defence claims having joined the Company in 1988. Prior to joining Ferpandi S.r.l. he gained a degree at the Genoa Nautical Institute and spent time in the marketing department of an important Italian company. |

| Max joined the Company 1990 after having obtained a degree at the Nautical Institute and having spent a period in the Naval Accademy in Leghorn. From 2000 he has worked in the Italian branch of the TT Club gaining a wide experience in the handling of Through Transport matters in addition to his knowledge of P&I and Defence. |

| Massimiliano joined the company after having gained a wide experience as P&I and Defence claims handler and consultant to Ship Owners/Charterers and Insurers, working in the P&I business since the beginning of 90's. Before working in the claims department for insurance brokers he took his degree in Trade and Economics at the Genoa University and moved his first steps in a shipping company. |
